Climate House Factory Outlet is part of Australia's largest privately owned heating and cooling company. We currently have an opportunity for a STORE MANAGER - SHEPPARTON.
Our Factory Outlet Group has a number of stores specialising in the Sales and Installation of Heating and Cooling products across Victoria and Sthn NSW. If you can demonstrate effective sales, leadership and communication skills to back up your experience you should apply for this great opportunity.
In this highly influential role you will be required to increase Sales and Margins while maintaining the stock integrity of the store and leading a focused sales/installation team. You will achieve this by ensuring that all buying, storing and selling of stock is managed in accordance with industry best practice, and by providing excellent leadership and training to your team. Your ability to follow and develop policy and procedures will be critical to your success.
The successful applicant will have:
**Completed or be working towards a Tertiary qualification in Business, Management or a related field **A solid background in sales and stock management **A minimum 3 years Sales and/or Retail Store management experience **Strong leadership and commitment **Business management experience; able to focus on key business drivers **Sales experience in the building or a related industry **A proven track record of training, developing and leading staff **Proven ability to manage office administration **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Demonstrated computer literacy and be familiar with all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook.
The following would be an advantage:
*A knowledge of Heating, Cooling and Solar Hot Water products.
*A knowledge of plumbing products
*Forklift licence.
